With our market-leading 20-year frame guarantee you can sit back and relax, knowing that your Throne London sofa and/or chair is covered against manufacturing defects.

What’s covered and for how long?

• Every sofa, every bed, and all dining and bedroom furniture comes with our free 20 year guarantee. The guarantee covers all structural elements of our furniture including frames, springs and webbing, timber, veneers, structural stability and joints, bed frames and springs.
• Upholstered interiors 12 Months (foam, fibre & feather filling) and covering material (fabric & leather)

Our guarantee does not cover

• Wilful damage, damage caused by abnormal storage conditions, accidents, negligence by you (or any third party) or any commercial or institutional use
• failure to follow the instructions contained in our Care Guide or any written instructions provided with the product on delivery
• any alterations or repairs you carry out without our prior written approval.

These terms and conditions apply to any repaired or replacement product/product components we supply to you until the end of the applicable guarantee period. The guarantee is provided to the purchaser only and is non-transferable. Our 20-year guarantee does not affect your Statutory Rights
