CHANGED YOUR MIND?

That’s no problem. We’re happy to offer a full refund on most products, as long as it’s within the return period. You must return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receiving it. To get your refund, just return the item to us, within this period. For details on how to do this, please contact us here.

BESPOKE ORDERS

Once confirmed, we are not able to cancel orders for bespoke items that have been made just for you, and therefore you cannot cancel or return any item that is made-to-order.

IS YOUR ITEM FAULTY OR DAMAGED?

We do our best to make sure everything arrives perfectly, but if it doesn’t, our customer services team are here to help. We will require photographic evidence for any faulty or damaged goods before we can arrange a replacement. Please email us at [email protected] if there is an issue with your order.

RETURNING AN ITEM

You have the right to change your mind and cancel the contract between you and us within 14 days of delivery of your Products without giving a reason. Items must be unused, free from defects and returned in their original packaging.

Once we have received and checked the returned items, we will refund your money, less any collection fee e.g. returns costs (unless you have returned the items at your own expense).
